Local theme editing
Studio reads the theme packages and images you choose to open or import. Theme names, author names, text, layout settings, and background assets are processed on your Mac. Saved and exported .flowtheme packages are written to the location you choose. Studio does not automatically upload these documents or publish them to the theme marketplace.
Preferences and temporary working files
Language and workspace preferences are stored locally. Opening a theme package also creates local extracted working files in the system temporary directory under FlowmentThemeStudio. Studio does not transmit those preferences or working files to us. This version has no built-in account registration, cloud sync, advertising SDK, or behavioral analytics SDK.
Exporting and sharing
An exported package includes the theme metadata and the image assets used by the theme. Original image metadata may remain in those assets. Review names, images, and metadata before sharing a package. Export only saves a file; choosing to send or publish it separately may disclose its contents to recipients or a hosting service. Studio does not choose recipients or publish on your behalf.
Email support
When you choose to email us, your email application opens and you decide whether to send the message. We receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and troubleshoot the issue, not to build an advertising profile. Please avoid including unrelated personal information. Our email provider processes this correspondence to deliver and store it.
Websites and other services
Website and privacy links open in your browser. The website host and its infrastructure provider may process normal request information, such as an IP address, browser information, request time, and requested page, to deliver and protect the site. This Studio privacy page contains no analytics scripts. Other pages on our websites may use analytics as described in their own privacy policies. Visiting them does not upload your Studio documents. Apple processes App Store distribution and optional system diagnostics under its own privacy policies and your system settings.
Retention, deletion, and your choices
You control your saved and exported theme files. Delete unwanted .flowtheme files and associated .assets folders in Finder; uninstalling Studio does not automatically delete files you saved elsewhere. After closing Studio, extracted working copies under the system temporary FlowmentThemeStudio directory can also be removed. Backups or folders managed by iCloud Drive or another file provider follow that provider's settings. We retain support correspondence only as needed to resolve your request and satisfy applicable legal obligations. Email us to request access, correction, or deletion of support information we hold. We may need to verify that the request comes from the same email address.
Sharing and protection
We do not sell your Studio documents or use their contents for advertising or cross-app tracking. Support information is used only for handling your request and by service providers needed to deliver that support, or where disclosure is required by law. We require providers processing information on our behalf to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable requirements. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children and policy changes
Studio is a theme authoring tool, not a service designed to collect children's personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information through support. We will review and remove information that is not needed. Material changes to our data practices will be reflected in this policy and its update date.
